    Little slow getting seated but visit was before host was on duty. Waitress,Niki was excellent and visited our table frequently. Food was very good. She even modified menu to our preference. I would gladly return next time I decide to eat at chili's.

    I like chili's to the max. But this last time, I was a little bit disappointed. I place my order online. Website gave me time to pick up. When I got there, to go area was somewhat busy. Understandable, but wasn't organized. There are two register but only use one. More complaining less work

    Ugh, this location is mediocre at best. First, the host, well. He just kinda waived in the direction of the table and said its in the middle of the room, menus are on the table. Really?!? Talk about poor customer service, and a waste of payroll. Our server, was somewhat better. Had to ask for drink refill, TWICE. Be was polite though. Our food?!?? Well, it was almost as we had ordered... I asked for well done, i got med well. My wife's shrimp pasta was at best, just above room temp. Even though our server said he brought it out as it came up. I absolutely with not be back to this location. Im not a picky person, but do expect a lil service and respect. In the service industry, customer is your paycheck.. try a little, and grow your customer base.

    Stop in with my friend this past Sunday, we sat at the bar to grab a quick bite...the food was good and the bartender was very nice!
